              We knew how beautiful the Lake and the Dales are – as we have visited many times. We know about the ups and downs of the weather which only served to make the area so beautiful. BUT we did not know what to expect from the apartment – and it exceeded all our expectations. Beautiful in every detail

                Excellent apartment. Lovely views and remarkably quiet… PERFECT! Enjoyed some lovely walks – but we were accompanying 2 children in wheelchairs (long story!). Grasmere was definitely the highlight – a must for a day out. Paul – great guy, a true gent! Thanks again.

                      A delightful apartment and perfect base from which to enjoy the Lakes. Thanks for wine, tea, coffee and milk, making for a warm welcome. Can recommend The Punchbowl at Crosthwaite for a good meal and Muncaster Castle & Owl Centre for a day out.
