the apartment which is normally open to members only; guests can
use the facilities on an ad hoc basis for just £6 a session
(avoiding the peak time from 4.30pm to 7pm)
The gym has a relaxing, non-intimidating atmosphere. In addition
to extensive cardio-vascular equipment and weights, it has a sunshower
available at additional cost. It is open from 7am to 9pm Monday
to Friday and from 10am to 5pm at weekends.
